Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for wall art, figurines, wall clocks, wall mirrors, showpieces, and wall hangings under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation are not eligible.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos/videos are required for verification.

3. Return Process

• Email your request to jatsaran80@gmail.com with order details and issue description.
• Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
• Items must be securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products.
• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery.

6. Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
